Presentation copy, inscribed in ink on front free endpaper recto to Emily Rosser [of the Geographical Society of Philadelphia], dated "2/10/54," and signed by Ed(mund) Hillary, also signed by Louise Hillary, Edward Lowe, and Charles Evans, all in ink also on the front free endpaper recto.
