The Buyer's Premium shall be: 26% on the first $600,000 of the hammer price of each lot, 20% on the portion from $600,001 through $3,000,000, and 12% thereafter.
Descriptions provided in both printed and on-line catalogue formats do not include condition reports. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Interested bidders are strongly encouraged to request a condition report on any lots upon which they intend to bid, prior to placing a bid. All transactions are governed by Freeman's Conditions of Sale.
You will be emailed an invoice for the total amount of your purchases. This amount will include the hammer price, the buyer's premium as well as any applicable taxes. Payment is due within ten (10) days of the sale. You will also receive payment and shipment instructions along with a list of preferred shippers we work with during the Covid-19 pandemic.
