Condition:

Coat
The overall condition is very good though there is slight discoloration on the lining of the neckline. 

Bustier
The overall condition is good with some discoloration on the center back closure and bust cup inserts due to wear. The fur trim on the right back hem is coming loose and the trim at the neckline is slightly matted. The top hook at center back is coming uncovered by twill tape. 

Skirt
The overall condition is fair. The skirt facing and lining has come detached from the center back zipper closure but there isn't any loss of fabric. There are a few pulls in the lame around the exterior of the skirt waistband and along the seams to the hem. The lining is lightly discolored due to wear. There are a few holes, ranging from approx. 0.25" - 0.75" along the skirt waist and near the train hem. Several popped stitches are present on the center back, side right, and side left seams along with small holes and abrasions near the hem line.  A repair is noticeable near the front hem line. 

Everything is sold 'As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
