Condition:

THE FIRST
The overall condition is good with only minor creasing in the red leather strap along the waist band.

THE SECOND
The overall condition is very good with no visible issues.

THE THIRD
The overall condition is good with small holes on the center front above the hem. In the lining, there is a small hole to the right and left side of the vent as well as the stitching along the top of the vent is unraveling. There are a few very small holes throughout the lining.
