The demilune top on conforming line-inlaid apron and five tapering line-inlaid square turned legs.

H: 28 1/4 in. W: 35 1/2 in. D: 17 1/2 in.

Provenance: Estate of Mr. and Mrs. William R. Wister, Oldwick, New Jersey.

Descended in the Wister family to the present owners. The table was part of the furnishings at the Wister family ancestral home, Grumblethorpe, in Germantown, Philadelphia, now a National Historic Landmark.
