The unlined canvas in overall very good condition, with no sign of inpainting as seen under UV light. We do notice remnants of varnish here and there, which somehow fluoresce under UV light. The canvas is slightly toned. Overall, the work would benefit from a light surface cleaning judging from the scattered evidence of surface soiling in the background, at bottom quadrants.
