In overall good condition. The sheet is affixed to the backing cardboard at the top two edges. The sheet is gently toned, but the colors remain fresh and vibrant. Very thin mat staining around the image. With small abrasions along the bottom outer edge and at bottom left and bottom right corners (the latter is slightly brittle). A few marks of handling along the bottom outer edge, as well as a small diagonal ripple (fold) in the paper above the sun at center left (not detrimental to the work and only really visible in raking light). Very minor pinpoint losses in the foreground, on the black outline of the town. See Specialist's pictures for more details.
