The unlined canvas in overall good condition. The work would likely benefit from a light cleaning. With minor surface craquelure at center across the woman's bust. Examination under UV light reveals a thick layer of greenish varnish at the bottom. Small, and old, inpainting visible at the cusp of the woman's lips. Otherwise, the composition is untouched. Minor abrasions along the outer edges, which are not visible when the work is framed.  Please note the work is framed under glass.
