Signed Ma Shaoxuan (1867-1937), dated Mid-Spring in the Jihai Year, corresponding to 1899

Well hollowed and nicely painted to both sides, decorated with baisui (longevity) painting and quote from Jiu cheng gong Liquan ming, dated spring in lunar year Jihai, corresponding to 1899, signed seal impression by Ma Shaoxuan.
