In overall good and ready to place condition. There are no breaks, repairs or losses to the wood frame. Slight wear along the outside edges of the carved motifs throughout. The upholstery is bright and largely clean apart from one water stain on one seat. The seat cushions are reversible and in theory could be flipped and switched. There is one small brown spot stain to the underside of the other couch cushion. Other than that, there are no stains, tears, repairs of losses to the low-pile mohair velvet. Small areas of thread fraying deeper in the channels of the piped edges. No areas of significant or notable velvet denting are present. Red soft tags are located under the seat cushions on the decking.
