Sofa frame is generally solid, with one loose joint on rear proper left corner. Legs and edges show moderate and age-appropriate wear, with some noticeable clouding to the finish on proper left outside legs. There are several areas of white paint along the rear upper edge. Newer foam and upholstery in generally good condition however one three of the cushions have some moderate soiling and staining. 

The chair frame is generally solid but could be tightened to secure the upper back slat in place. Wood reflects age-appropriate wear, with scattered abrasions, scratches a finish loss. Upholstery and cushions are newer with light wear
