Overall clean and presentable conditions. One ottoman with dented impressions on surface. Minor scuffs, scratches to the metal frame. No cracking to the leather upholstery. Minor scratching to leather seat structure. Areas of light mildew on the undersides of the seats are present and could benefit from a light cleaning.
