Overall very good condition, stable and ready to place. Each example has residue from rubber pads from previous glass tops. One with a separation between the wood seam planks. Paint residue on the back of one example on the lower edge and also bracket foot. Hole drilled into the the bottom shelf of one nightsand (interior to the rear corner), not visible when doors or closed. Small minor surface abrasion to the face of one drawer. Water ring on the interior base of one stand. Small spots on the inside of the other of light abrasions. one interior magnetic door latch loose. Small dents near the bottom frame of door. Very minor drip and water marks on the face of both drawers. No visible signature.
