Minor deposits of surface dirt and dust, with heavier deposits on verso; canvas is lined with Mylar; some wear present along areas of extreme edges along stretcher bar edges. Under UV light: two areas of repaired tears in the center, with largest being approximately 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches, located in the lower right part of the house and extending into the grass; additional small spots of inpainting scattered in areas throughout, though primarily along the edges and in the sky.
