Decorative cartouches, galleon, sea monster, French text on verso. (A few mostly marginal stains, tears to fold repaired on verso crossing image and affecting letters.) Mexico City, its lake, and the west coast of Mexico are shown, and captions describe mineral deposits, and native tribes. The cartouches are embelleshed with cherubs and two armadillo.
