In overall stable and ready to use condition. There are no breaks, losses or repairs to the wood frame. Ottoman with a stable metal base. Hardware is missing from the wood ottoman frame with key latches missing that connect the ottoman cushion. One screw missing from the ottoman metal base to the wood frame. Scuffing throughout the wood underside of the ottoman.
Chair in stable condition. Some areas of fading to the wood throughout. Two notable scratches are present on the wood frame. Leather in overall good and clean condition, one repair to the proper left armrest. Wood underneath the seat back cushions and seat cushions with some wear. Wood face of center back lower panel with some drip stains. Upper edge and face of back wood panel with some edge wear, scratches and scuffing.
The leather is black, not a deep brown.

Roger Ward

Ward brings over 20 years of deep and wide-ranging design experience to this role. Before joining Freeman’s, he worked in the Design department of a prominent New York-based auction house focused on in 20th-century furniture and design with a particular interest in European furniture from the second half of the 20th century. He also co-owned and operated Full Circle Modern, a successful vintage design store in Brooklyn specializing in furniture from the 1960s through the 1980s.

Mr. Ward also has a broad background in real estate, as an appraiser, broker, rehabber, and investor.
