The unlined canvas is in generally fair overall condition with most of the painting being unrestored, but with some areas of the canvas having retouching and restoration. The cat at far left and the kitten second from left appear unrestored. The kitten at far right has some restoration to its back, and the kitten second from right has only slight retouching. There is some restoration at/near left portion of canvas, including in foreground, mid ground, and background, and scattered restoration and retouching to curtain in background. There is very slight retouching to part of red cushion. Additional images available upon request.
