One side arm of the chair is detached from the seat and results in a loose back. This can be repaired with the correct hardware. Otherwise, there are no breaks, repairs or losses to the body of the chair or ottoman.
One large tear in the seat of the leather chair. The ottoman with a missing button. The swivel mechanism does not work on the ottoman, but does on the chair.
Some wear to the edges of the leather throughout. Discoloration and some staining to the rosewood back of the chair and to the underside of the ottoman. Some veneer splitting horizontally is under the back-rest cushion on the lower-tier of the back-rest.
Scuffing, chipping and edgewear throughout the rosewood and metal base consistent with regular use.
