The paper is unevenly toned and there is slight mat staining. There are a few fox marks in the margins, for instance at top left corner and at right center, approx. 2 in. from the right edge. There are a few light surface abrasions visible in the black at bottom right, visible under raking light. There is also a pinpoint dent to the paper behind the figure's knee at right. There is a soft handling crease diagonally at the bottom right corner. On verso, there is evidence of previous adhesive at the top, right and left edges. The paper is mounted with plastic corners to foam core. Additional images available upon request.
