Framed: 25 1/4 x 36 1/4 x 3 inches.
Moderate deposits of surface dirt and dust; canvas is unlined; faint stretcher bar marks around the image perimeter; paint application is thin in area, making the weave visible; one pinpoint hole in the upper center edge; scattered areas of abrasions along the extreme edges from contact with the frame; one pinpoint white paint droplet in the upper left corner; varnish is moderately discolored. Under UV light: very fine, hairline craquelures in the distant mountains fluoresce but do not appear to be inpainting; a small area of inpainting along the upper ridge of the mountain in the center right, as well as small dots of inpainting below this; a small area of inpainting in the center left; areas of the canvas weave fluoresce but do not appear to be inpainting.
