Sections of lifting and lost veneer, as well as cracks and patches in the veneer throughout. A modern magnetized cabinet closure has been added to the top portion, blocking one interior drawer from opening. Mirrors are replacements. Both candle slides with cracks and repairs. The pull on the proper right loper is broken. The leather writing surface is cracking where it bends when the desk is closed, but is in otherwise good condition. One of the pulls of the interior drawers of the desk is detached but present. Drawers open and close smoothly. Age splits in the sides of the case. Blocks added to the bottom of the feet.
