Each overall with some scattered abrasions and losses to the frame and some gapping at joins as expected with age. Both with an antiqued finish to the paint including rubbing and flaking, revealing bare wood in areas. The rush seats slightly frayed but in stable condition. The upholstery in good condition with a few scattered, minor marks.

The slightly larger example with a repaired split to the crest rail and a split to the central horizontal splat; repairs (possibly replacements) to the proper left leg where it meets the seat stile and both back legs at the foot; a probably replacement or repair to the base of the spindle arm support on the proper right side.

The slightly smaller example with evidence of upholstery holes to the underside of the arms.
