The feet are bent and the clock does not sit level as a result. The movement has been replaced with a modern battery-powered movement which is not working. The hands are loose and do not hold their position. There might be an element missing from the top of the clock as there is an open drill hole. The parts of the figure are loose and need to be tightened, opening at a seam.
