On overall decent stable condition. Scattered flaking and losses to floral decorations on arms and drop-elements, would not be noticeable when suspended from a ceiling. One of the shorter candle arms with a restored break near socket. The stem-plate that holds the arms with a crack, appears to be stabilized but not examined under UV light.
