1 page, on vellum, folio (367 x 265 mm), accomplished in manuscript, scalloped edge at top, paper seal, docketed verso, creased from folding, some soiling, "o" of "Monroe" affected slightly by one fold. Ship's passport for the brig Abeona of New York with William H. Nichols as master of commander of the ship with seven men and no guns to pass "without any hinderance, seisure or molestation."
