the slant front and domed pediment with some shrinkage cracks to veneer commensurate with age, the back veneered border of pediment with some splits and losses to veneer, the front veneered edge pediment with some puckering to veneer; the slant front with some occasional old losses along cracks, and with a small rectangular patch along greek key border near center; each of the bottom of leg stiles above turning with splitting / losses to veneer; the applied molding along back edge of left-facing side panel is missing; the left-facing drop finial is detached (but present); the left-facing return under center drawer with some joint separation- a nail reinforcement is visible; the front legs have a slight tilt toward the left-facing side- the legs possibly reattached- the left-facing two legs appear to be askew- the fluting visible on the sides instead of the front; the legs with some scuffing and scraping along edges; legs with some crackling from varnish; occasional small losses along edges; mirror is intact, with some dark inclusions along upper edge and a few specks to center or edges- indicative of age; drawers glide easily
