In overall stable and ready to place condition. There is one dent to the center column of the piece. Within the top of the center column there is a light socket that is loose and faulty with lighting working only in certain positions. The exterior lights behind the shade are in working order at the time of this condition report. Stains and scuffs throughout the base and shade of the lamp would benefit from a thorough cleaning.
