Appearing in overall good, sturdy, and ready to place condition. Can be sat upon comfortably. Upholstery is clean and intact with even sun fading to the fabric. Pilling to the fabric and some minor wear to the arms from use. Cushions are down filled. With a label for " George Smith Manufacturing" to the underside of seat cushion. Legs with minute nicks and scrapes consistent with age, use, and moving. Additional images are available upon request.
