Overall good, sturdy, and ready to place condition. Scattered nicks, scuffs, and scrapes as is typical for age. The top with scattered splits to the veneer and instances of fill. The proper right back corner with a few specks of white house paint. Both sides with the case have an age split which runs the vertical length of the case. The split on the proper right side has been previously filled. Worming visible to the sides of the case. Drawers open and close smoothly. The lowest drawer has had its lock removed. There is no key. The proper left front foot with a chipped section of veneer. Some oxidation to the pulls. Additional images are available upon request.
