The drawing is in overall fair condition. The paper is toned and shows light and time staining from previous matting, as well as staining verso. There are scattered pinpoint spots of foxing, for instance at top right and bottom center. The paper is unevenly cut and is undulating at the left edge, and there are pinholes at the four corners. On verso, the paper is hinged to the mat with clear tape along the top edge and there is previous adhesive along three of the edges. The paper is skinned in areas from removal of tape.
