With 'IR' watermark at the center of the sheet. Framed under plexiglass. The (blue laid) sheet is affixed to a thicker cardstock paper at upper center via a linen tape, so that all outer edges are accessible. The sheet is very brittle, with uneven edges. Evidence of handling along the outer edges (smudges, toning, rubbing along top and bottom outer edges) as well as on the ridges of the laid paper at times (see upper right quadrant and center left). With a faint and thin (old) mat stain along the image. Localized brown soiling at bottom center left on the figure's thigh. We also notice remnants of red chalk powder on the right hand-side of the work. Light folds, mostly due to the nature of the paper itself, at bottom corners. Examination versa reveals 8 remnants of old pair tape along the outer edges. Additional images available upon request.
