Largely good condition overall. Paper is slightly toned with a few spots of probable soiling and wear, commensurate with handling. For example, at top left corner. There is also a tear (approx. 1 1/4 inch long) near top right corner, along right edge. Please note that this appears stable, as paper is laid to card. This work has not been examined out of its frame. Additional images are available upon request.
