In overall stable and ready to use condition. The woven rattan in good shape apart from one break near the proper right bottom exterior side of one chair. Another broken strand of caning on the underside front of the couch is not visible when placed. Some color variation behind the backrest cushion. Some areas of the rattan appear to be painted and re-touched but are not readily noticeable. One armrest with some evidence of paint. The upholstery with stains and sagging. One snap missing from the underside of the ottoman cushion. Some dust and debris to the undersides. Small spots of stain are present to the armrests and are likely able to be cleaned.
