Appearing in overall sturdy condition. The seat is sprung. The upholstered back with pilling and the seat cushion with staining and pet dander. Piping pulling away from the frame. The walnut frame with dust and grime in the recesses; would benefit from cleaning. Scattered nicks, scuffs, and scrapes consistent with age, use, and moving . The proper right side of the seat rail with a repair near the front corner. The front seat rail with a gouge near the center. Additional images are available upon request.
