The case in good condition, lacking a key but the works take a wind with a winding-key for another item. The bird raises, chirps ad flaps wings but does so at a much greater speed than other singing-bird boxes suggesting an issue with the governor. Bird does not return to house and only stops playing when the works have wound-down. Additional images and video available upon request.
