How the Appraisal Process Works

We are committed to making the appraisal process seamless, thoughtful, and transparent. Here’s what to expect:

Review: We invite you to share photographs, prior listings, or documentation in advance. We’ll then assess the scope and discuss your goals.

Estimate: Based on your needs, we’ll provide a complimentary estimate outlining the projected cost and timeline. Once approved, we’ll send a formal appraisal agreement for signature.

Schedule: We’ll coordinate a convenient date for a non-site visit. During this time, our appraisers will carefully examine, photograph, and catalog the relevant works or objects.

Research & Valuation: Our appraisers combine proprietary databases, auction results, and insight from trusted market specialists to determine fair market value or other standards as required.

Report: You’ll receive a draft of the appraisal report for review, followed by the final version upon approval. The final report will be delivered in accordance with the intended use and industry standards.
