This is truly one of the most pleasing examples of an 1803 we have had the privilege of handling. The dial has faded to a warm lemon hue, hence our 'Limoncello' moniker.
The Rolex Day-Date 1803 is a significant timepiece that marks an important era in Rolex's history, having been produced from 1958 until 1978. As the third generation in the Day-Date series, it built upon the success of its predecessors by incorporating Rolex's new and improved 1500 series of movements.
Bracelet size: Approx. 7 1/2 inches

There is a small dent on the side of the case at 2 o'clock.
Please note that Freeman’s Hindman does not warranty the watch at the time of the auction or after its purchase. Potential buyers should be advised that though the watch may be running at the time of cataloging, it may stop running before the auction and servicing is recommended for all timepieces.
