refinished, overall with a varnished surface, some areas showing a heavier application, including over the fluted colonettes, with some occasional crackling to varnish; the fret with a few mends; old gouge to right-facing quarter column; waist door with old mend to upper edge molding, the mended area somewhat loose and needs to be secured; the left-facing molding to hood is loose and needs to be secured; cracquelure to enamel face commensurate with age, the upper part of arch with white scuff; feet look ok, with old blocking and supports evident; the inside of case door with old chalk notes of previous repairs / servicing to clock; the pendulum suspension dials have been removed from strings that hold weight- the works need to be professionally serviced in order to operate, as weights cannot hang as the piece is presently situated; as with all mechanical objects, Freeman's does not guarantee functionality for clocks; includes pendulum, two weights, winding key, and case key
