In overall fair to good condition.
The plate itself is in very good condition, with intact edges. We notice accumulated dust and grime in the interstices of the work. With some missing nails, but the work is very stable on the backing board. The latter is rather stained and dusty.
The lithograph is in relative poor condition. It was not inspected out of its frame. It appears toned, with traces of rubbing and associated crease along the right outer edge. Fold running along the bottom ,outer edge, likely from a previous fold. Smudges visible at bottom right, likely from past handling. Some horizontal scuffing marks visible at center, just above the index on the tree trunk. We notice pinhole at upper center in the white background. Also traces of poking at upper left. The glass is dirty.
